All Nippon Airways (ANA), known as Zennikk, is a Japanese airline with bases at Haneda Airport and Tokyo Narita International Airport (NRT) (HND). The airline covers destinations in regions of Asia, Europe, North America, and Oceania and offers both local and international flights. The airline flies to more than 100 locations overall.

When Nippon Helicopter was established in 1952, it solely provided flights in helicopters. The airline changed its name to All Nippon Airways in the years that followed after receiving its first jet airplane (a Douglas DC-3) in 1955. The airline added more local routes over the following three decades and began operating its first international trip from Tokyo to Guam in 1986.

Cabin Classes Offered by All Nippon Airways

There are 4 cabin classes that All Nippon Airways offers. Each class has its own facilities, services and benefits that cater to all passengers.

Economy Class: From takeoff to landing, travelers travelling in economy can look forward to a pleasurable flight.

Depending on the duration of their travel, passengers on qualifying flights will also get to enjoy meals or snacks. Moreover, some comforts like pillows, blankets, and stationery are available for passengers.

The touch-screen seatback TV serves as the passengers' personal entertainment system on long-haul flights. Passengers may also charge their personal electronics using the USB and power outlets located in their seats.

The seats in economy class are intended to be spacious and comfortable. The chairs have a sleek form that allows for extra legroom and have a seat pitch of 86 cm (34 in). The seat’s shell design allows passengers the ability to recline without bothering the passenger sitting behind them.

Premium Economy: Passengers in premium economy can benefit from more room and comfort, which promotes more relaxation and better service.

Passengers travelling in premium economy receive amenity packs that include slippers, toothbrushes, eye masks, and earplugs in addition to the usual pillow and blanket. Also, meals will come from a more expensive menu and include a thoughtful meal and drink service. For more legroom, Premium Economy seats have a generous 96 cm (38") pitch. The headrest on these chairs may be adjusted, and they also recline. Also, each seat has a USB connector, a personal light that can be adjusted, and a personal entertainment system.

Business Class: There are several amenities in the Business Class cabin. The airline's lie-flat beds provide passengers the option of getting a good night's sleep or catching up on work in their own private workstation. A complimentary entertainment system with an 18-inch personal screen and supplied noise-canceling headphones is available to passengers.

A quality pillow and blanket, as well as a bag containing a face wash, lotions, creams, a toothbrush, an eye mask, and earplugs, will be provided to passengers in amenity kits. Furthermore, pyjamas and snit wear are offered for free rental. Also, passengers will delight in a gourmet dining encounter that is influenced by Japanese or Western food. Depending on whatever airplane you are aboard, business seats differ.

Most beds have the ability to lie flat like a bed, meaning passengers can relax and sleep. Seats are arranged in a staggered format, meaning that every seat has direct aisle access.

First Class: The First Class cabin is the pinnacle of luxury, offering passengers the best in-flight experience with plenty of room, privacy, and comfort. Unfortunately, the only aircraft featuring First Class amenities are the Airbus A380 and the Boeing B777-300ER.

The 58 cm (23 in) personal touchscreen for each passenger includes noise-cancelling headphones. You may also enjoy your first-class eating experience at a sizable adjustable dining table as well as a cocktail table. For any clothing or baggage, you might want to store away for your flight, there are additional storage spaces. Doors allow customers to choose to stay private and enjoy their own personal space in the First Class enclosure. There are USB ports and power outlets in the seats.

Also, passengers may benefit from a smooth check-in process that does away with typical airport lines.

Haneda and Narita International Airports, among other airports, both have an ANA lounge. They offer patrons a full-course eating experience like to one at a reputable restaurant.

All Nippon Airways In-flight Facilities

Entertainment: Free in-flight entertainment is accessible on foreign flights, featuring a range of blockbuster movies, TV series, music and Japanese entertainment. In all classes, passengers have access to the same in-flight entertainment system. The displays and headphones provided to students in the higher-level classes are bigger and of greater quality.

In order to view the list of entertainment options available on MY SKY CHANNEL, passengers can also pre-download the ANA app to their mobile devices and utilize it to access the MY SKY CHANNEL area of the app. When in flight, passengers may connect their mobile device to rapidly access their favorite entertainment and use it as a remote control to pause, start, and play movies. Passengers can also enjoy their favorite entertainment that they wish to watch.

Wi-Fi & Internet: ANA's Wi-Fi network allows passengers to surf the web while 30,000 feet in the sky. Passengers can use the airline's Wi-Fi for light browsing, send and receive emails and scroll through their social media.

Wi-Fi is free for First Class passengers. However, the following fees apply to all other cabin classes:

Meals: On long-distance international flights, meals are provided to every passenger at no charge. The quality and variety of meals offered to passengers increases with cabin class, with First Class providing an exceptional in-flight eating experience.

Light meals, snacks, and beverages are available for Economy Class passengers on domestic and short-haul flights. On these flights, passengers travelling in other classes are entitled to complimentary food and beverages throughout the trip. Anybody who needs a special meal must make a request with us or the airline directly at least 24 hours prior to their travel.
